We have more options than most houses:
- Some stays are weeks, some are 5 or 6 nights, allowing you to have a day or two at home to get caught up after vacation. We can also do longer stays.
- In May, June, Sept, and Oct only you have your choice of renting the house as just the 3BR 1st floor with 2nd floor locked off during these stays (sleeps 2-6) or adding the 2 other BRs upstairs for 5BR total (sleeps 6-10). This allows for affordable stays for couples and smaller families of 2-6 people that can rent just the first floor.

Sold out. Prime summer weeks were $3795 in July/Aug; but less in June. Book by January for best selection next year.

9/10- 9/17 week $1695 (so, if you need the 2 bedrooms upstairs to sleep up to 10 people, it would be 1695 x 120-percent = $2,034)
9/10 - 9/12 long weekend $995
Sept 12 and after: available weekly, 5 day midweek or long weekend:
$1595/week Fri - Fri
$995 for a Mon-Fri midweek OR a Fri-Mon Long weekend
Oct. 2010 (Rates listed below are for 3BR 1st floor house. If you need the 5 BR house instead just add 20-percent to rates (IE rate x 120-percent)

Other details: Cleaning service charges $85 (65 when 3BR). Sec. deposit is $500. Sorry, no pets/ no smoking inside. Renters: Leases and deposit should be mailed back to landlord within 2 days to hold your time. 3 night minimum Sept - May. 5 night minimum with availability and rates as posted here for June-Aug. Check in is 3 pm, check out is 10 am. 1/2 payment due with signed lease. Remainder and sec. deposit due 1 mo prior to check in. Tenant provides all linens or may arrange for them with a local linen service.
