Note: Sept thru early June only:  We close down the 2nd floor to make the cottage work well price- 
wise and space-wise for couples or small families that tend to rent this time of year. House can be  
rented long weekend Fri – Mon, 5 day rental Mon-Fri, weekly, or longer. 3BR 1st floor. 
In the summer, house is rented as 5 BR / 2 BA only.

Cleaning service charges $85 (65 when 3BR). Sec. deposit is $500. 

Sorry, no pets/ no smoking inside. Renters: Leases and deposit 

should be mailed back to landlord within 2 days to hold your time. 3 

night minimum Sept to May. 5 night minimum with availability and rates as 

posted here for June-Aug. Check in is 3 pm, check out is 10 am. 

Half payment due with signed lease. Remainder due 1 mo prior to check in.
