Fringe and Off season: From Sept through the 2nd week of June only (not in summer season), it can be rented as a 5BR or 3BR 1st floor rental (sleeping 2-6) and for as little as 3 nights to allow some flexiblity. During the SEASON (Summer, IE mid-June-Labor Day) it can only be rented as 5BR house (sleeps 2-10) and for the periods listed below:

Note: From Labor Day to mid June, we offer an option of renting our house as just the 3BR/1 BA first floor/KI/FR which sleeps 2-6 (we simply lock off 2nd floor), to be more appealing in size and price for couples and small families who tend to want smaller places. Available weekly Fri to Fri, Fri to Mon long weekends, and Mon to Fri midweek. If you need a different scenario of dates between Sept and mid June, just email us and we'll try to accomodate.

Tenant provides linens or may arrange for them with a local linen service.
